Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-built PCs or custom-modified accessories.
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or item, please contact us at support@nexgenmods.com. We will guide you through the process, but please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. However, if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
